At the same time, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce has already committed $50 MILLION to lobby for amnesty and its supporter candidates. And all the while Barack Obama utterly ignores, rewrites and otherwise blows to smithereens enforcing our immigration laws and securing our borders!

Just this past August, Kevin McCarthy – from a traditionally very conservative central valley and high desert region of Southern California – was demanding secure borders before any talk of amnesty… NOW HE'S PLAYING THE SAME AMNESTY CHARADES WITH OUR LIVELIHOODS THAT BOEHNER AND GOODLATTE ARE PUSHING!

With CA redistricting and changing demographics, McCarthy of course is seen by the media and amnesty advocates as a vulnerable Republican since his Congressional District now includes a large Hispanic population. His fellow House GOP "leaders" Boehner, Cantor and Judiciary Committee Chairman Goodlatte are all calling to provide these newly "legal" illegal immigrants special access to existing paths to citizenship, although they will most likely downplay "legalization" until AFTER the primary elections!

Release of the GOP's new immigration "principles" are expected ahead of Obama's Jan. 28th State of the Union Address next week, or else at the House Republican Conference's upcoming retreat in Cambridge, MD – either way, we are running out of time to put a stop to this SELL OUT!

According to Democratic Virginia Senator Tim Kaine, during a private meeting with Senate Democrats Barack Obama said that he expects a "challenging conversation" with GOP leadership, and then he expects House Speaker John Boehner will pass AMNESTY this year.

This is NOT the best the Republican Party can do…

We know they PROMISED no more mass amnesties, to secure the border, and to put American workers first. THAT means "principles" for reform that ensure our sovereignty, safety, national security and prosperity – NOT sell-us-out "paths to citizenship" for illegal intruders.

Because if you haven't yet heard, Boehner and his merry band of betrayers are working up a set of Republican "principles" for immigration reform that for sure aren't principles at all, but instead are a scheme for selling us out to AMNESTY.

Immigration law expert Bob Goodlatte, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, with Majority Leader Eric Cantor, Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy, and Republican Conference Chairwoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers are crafting the document with Boehner – and they are ALL ON BOARD with AMNESTY.

Their plan is to start vetting the scheme with House Republicans ahead of the GOP Conference's Jan. 29 retreat. Boehner and Goodlatte want half the Conference committed to it by the time the document is public knowledge.

Meanwhile, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) and Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (R-WI), along with Reps. Darrell Issa (R-CA) and Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL ),have been SPECIFICALLY appointed to tackle the main problem with folks like us – legalization for an estimated 11 million illegal immigrants, AKA AMNESTY.

They are claiming their efforts won't amount to "amnesty" per se because they won't offer a "special" pathway to citizenship for illegal aliens… they will simply re-route and open existing channels to "regularize their status" for lawbreakers who otherwise would be EXCLUDED based on the misdemeanor and felony violations perpetrated by these illegal immigrants!

And according to Boehner and Goodlatte, Republican leadership remains committed todoing a series of "mini-bills" they can negotiate with the Senate as one big happy comprehensive compromise…

Why is the GOP betraying its base, and defying its own Party Platform, when both Independent and GOP voters in the Obama recession have swung hard against AMNESTY? Apparently, they are futilely chasing liberal ethnic bloc votes, in groveling "me-too" Republican style.

Amnesty purveyor Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL), who has said that his "Republican friends" want comprehensive immigration reform in everything but name only, claims Goodlatte is working on immigration legislation with the explicit intent of going to conference, where amnesty proponents and opponents have said that a pathway to citizenship provision would prevail.

Yet the most recent Quinnipiac poll released Jan. 8 shows opposition to amnesty has grown by 50 percent since its May 2013 poll!

AND why not? Record levels of Americans remain out of work now and job prospects for American teenagers AND college grads remain weaker than ever. The Obama-friendly Congressional Budget Office (CBO) and Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) reported on the Senate's immigration bill and even they predicted that the legislation would drive down the wages of American workers and make it difficult for Americans to find jobs in an already-damaged economy.

The truth is, MORE AMERICANS are waking up to the cold, hard facts about what amnesty for millions of illegal aliens plus work visas for hundreds of thousands more foreign workers means to them.

Currently, the federal government brings in roughly 1 million immigrants and 650,000 non-agricultural guest workers EACH YEAR but Big Business donors are demanding EVEN MORE CHEAP LABOR, which you bet Congress will hand-deliver… unless we speak up and shut the stampede down!

Tom Donohue, president of the influential U.S. Chamber of Commerce has even promised to "pull out all the stops" to pass amnesty and guest worker measures similar to the Senate's "Gang of Eight" S. 744 shut down last summer. That failed endeavor would have DOUBLED annual immigration as well as the number of guest workers, in addition to authorizing the AMNESTYof millions of illegals, WHILE setting up to add several seats to Democrat-dominated states after the 2020 census!

Honestly, we thought the latest pathetic jobs report would be taken up by the GOP as stone cold PROOF of why the RINOs' and Obamacrats' amnesty ambitions are BAD FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.

As confirmed by National Review, in January 2012, the "Immigration Reform" page on Goodlatte's website said:"In no event should we grant amnesty to those who have broken our laws and entered the country illegally. Doing so would simply invite more illegal immigration in the future."

For the next two years it would DENOUNCE AMNESTY – fully consistent with the GOP Platform and the election promises made by the Republican Party to its voters.

As recently as April 2013, it said "we must not grant amnesty to individuals who have broken our laws."

Nine months later, suddenly times have changed…

Influential Bob Goodlatte – who holds the power to HALT AMNESTY LEGISLATION AND HOLD IT IN COMMITTEE – on his official House page now talks about how "we can all agree that our nation's immigration system is broken." He also discusses the need to be "thoughtful in rewriting U.S. immigration policies."

And it's not just his website.

Politico reports how Goodlatte said in a Telemundo interview set to air Sunday, Jan. 12 that he is VERY OPEN to amnesty.

If we can have a way to get [enforcement] up and operating, I see no reason why we can't also have an agreement that shows how people who are not lawfully here can be able to be lawfully here – able to live here, work here, travel to and from their home country, be able to own a business, pay their taxes.

Goodlatte's staff is still trying to cover for him. When National Review reached out for comment over the website changes, a Goodlatte spokesman issued the following statement:

"Congressman Goodlatte's website is updated periodically and unfortunately during an update early last year, his position on amnesty was inadvertently deleted. However, he is opposed to amnesty and always has been. He does not support a special pathway to citizenship that rewards those who have broken our immigration laws."

THEY JUST DON'T GRASP THAT WE KNOW LEGALIZATION – WITH OR WITHOUT A "SPECIAL" PATHWAY TO CITIZENSHIP – IS AMNESTY.

AND THAT AMNESTY WILL COST US JOBS AND TAXPAYER DOLLARS THAT WE DON'T HAVE TO SPARE!

In December, we added only 74,000 non-farm jobs, the most pathetic number in three years as the unemployment rate "dropped" 0.3 points to 6.7 percent BECAUSE A STAGGERING 92 MILLION AMERICANS ARE OUT OF THE LABOR FORCE, while those lucky enough to have jobs at all are having their hours CUT!

Sixteen House Members have already sent a letter to Barack Obama REJECTING AMNESTY and citing a Harvard economics study showing that amnesty would lower wages and increase unemployment for AMERICANS!

Still, House Speaker John Boehner is working on a set of "principles" for immigration reform. No doubt these "principles" are to set the Vichy Republicans' talking points once AMNESTY is in full-swing!

In the upper chamber, Senator Jerry Moran (R-KS) wants to leverage GOP support for passing the Democrats' proposed unemployment benefit extension to INCREASE green cards by 125,000 WITHOUT any offsets while Harry Reid stonewalls the restoration of our veterans' pensions, a bipartisan PROMISE made to soothe over the passing of the Ryan-Murray budget! Too many in both parties care NOTHING for the plight of working Americans!

Bob Goodlatte says he wants our borders secured and our immigration laws enforced – but first he wants to change the laws. He says that he just wants to help the innocent kids brought here illegally by their illegal immigrant parents.

He ALSO says we need 33 million new foreign workers brought here to compete for our jobs when 20 million Americans are either unemployed or underpaid.

THIS from the same man who called the Obama administration's expansion of 2011's infamous "prosecutorial discretion" non-deportation guidelines just another Obama attempt to bypass Congress to get his way… It is hard to tell whether Goodlatte believes the POLICIES involved are critical, or not!

Meanwhile, Obamnesty is now to INCLUDE parents or guardians of minor children – and Congress isn't doing a thing about it!

Goodlatte often has an OK border security record when it comes to his rhetoric, but actions speak louder than words, especially empty words.

And so far, Goodlatte is refusing to use his powerful position as House Judiciary Committee Chairman – presenting the first test House amnesty bills must pass – to uphold the GOP border security platform!

Certainly, Goodlatte is talking out of both sides of his mouth…

Unfortunately, as House Judiciary Committee Chairman, Robert W. Goodlatte is ready to stack the deck against the American people by allowing DREAM Act and AMNESTY legislation through Committee when he should be blocking ALL amnesty bills from the start in a concerted effort to make any immigration "reform" contingent on PROVEN SECURED BORDERS.

Because any immigration bill passed in the House is a danger – as soon as gutless House Speaker John Boehner takes it to conference for reconciliation with the Harry Reid Senate it is CERTAIN to be hijacked into radical "comprehensive reform" no matter WHAT the House believes itself to have enacted. In conference committee for reconciliation, both chambers will be beyond the reach of the American people when it comes to stopping the K Street Amnesty schemes!
